Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Sales & Marketing Representative to own the customer journey from lead generation to closing the sale. This unique role combines inside sales, outside sales, customer service, and digital marketing. You will be the frontline voice of our company, responsible for building relationships, understanding client IT needs, and promoting our services across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Management: Conduct both inside sales (phone/ email/ in person) and outside sales.
  • Needs Analysis & Quoting: Consult with potential and existing clients. Create tailored, accurate sales proposals and quotes for hardware, software, and services.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, follow-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Execution: Develop and manage our social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to build brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with the local business community.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track all leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local business trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or the technology sector.
  • Basic understanding of common business IT needs (networking, cybersecurity, managed services).
  • Experience with CRM and quoting software. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products and services.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
